Accessibility statement

Fabrick S.p.A. is committed to making its website accessible in accordance with Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004. This accessibility statement applies to the website docs.paymentorchestra.fabrick.com, available at https://docs.paymentorchestra.fabrick.com/it/external link.

Compliance Status

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Annex A of standard UNI CEI EN 301549, due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

Non-Accessible Content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

a) non-compliance with Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.

WCAG 2.2 Criterion
Description of the issue

1.1.1 – Non-text Content (Level A)

Some images and other non-text elements on the site do not have adequate alternative text. Users relying on a screen reader do not receive an equivalent description of the visual content.

1.3.1 – Info and Relationships (Level A)

The semantic structure of some sections of the site is not correctly expressed in the code. The relationships between labels, headings and content groupings are not always recognisable by screen reading software.

1.4.3 – Contrast (Minimum) (Level AA)

A significant number of text elements, in particular small text on light backgrounds, does not meet the minimum contrast ratio of 4.5:1 required by the standard. This makes reading difficult for users with visual impairments or in low-light conditions.

2.1.1 – Keyboard (Level A)

Some functions of the site are not accessible by keyboard alone. Users who do not use a mouse are unable to activate or correctly navigate certain interactive elements.

b) disproportionate burden.

No exemption on the grounds of disproportionate burden is claimed pursuant to Article 3-ter of Italian Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.

c) the content falls outside the scope of the applicable legislation.

There is no content excluded from the scope of the applicable legislation.
